3. Damaged Item Replacement: We are committed to replacing damaged items free of charge. Once we receive and verify the documentation of the damaged item, we will promptly process a replacement order for you.
4. Processing and Delivery Times: Please note that all our products are custom-made and take approximately 3 to 5 days to be printed, shipped, and delivered under normal circumstances. However, during peak holiday seasons with increased order volumes, delivery times may extend to 5 to 7 days due to unpredictable shipping volumes and carrier delays.
5. Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and process the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
