POD Refund Policy and Terms

1. Returns and Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at happiness@hubcart.ai with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Required Documentation:
For damaged items or items not delivered, we require customers to provide images of the damaged product or proof of non-delivery (such as a delivery status screenshot from the carrier). This helps us process your request accurately and quickly.

3. Damaged Item Replacement:
We are committed to replacing damaged items free of charge. Once we receive and verify the documentation of the damaged item, we will promptly process a replacement order for you.

4. Processing and Delivery Times: Please note that all our products are custom-made and take approximately 3 to 5 days to be printed, shipped, and delivered under normal circumstances. However, during peak holiday seasons with increased order volumes, delivery times may extend to 5 to 7 days due to unpredictable shipping volumes and carrier delays.

5. Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and process the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Some personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before making your purchase.
