1.3 Hateful, Harassing, or Violent Content:

Content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on identity, as well as content that intends to harass, threaten, or bully individuals, is prohibited. Additionally, content that promotes or glorifies violence or celebrates the suffering or humiliation of others is not allowed.

1.4 Malware and Disruptive Code:

Generating or attempting to generate code that disrupts, damages, or gains unauthorized access to computer systems, including the creation of malware, is prohibited.

1.5 Activities with High Risk of Physical Harm:

Engaging in activities that pose a high risk of physical harm, such as weapons development, military and warfare activities, or management/operation of critical infrastructure in energy, transportation, and water sectors, is not allowed.

1.6 Self-Harm and High Risk of Economic Harm:

Content that promotes, encourages, or depicts acts of self-harm, as well as activities with a high risk of economic harm such as multi-level marketing, gambling, payday lending, or automated determinations of eligibility for credit, employment, educational institutions, or public assistance services, are prohibited.

1.7 Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity:

Scams, coordinated inauthentic behavior, plagiarism, academic dishonesty, astroturfing, disinformation, spam, and the promotion of pseudo-pharmaceuticals are not allowed.

1.8 Adult Content and Dating Apps:

Content intended to arouse sexual excitement, erotic chat, pornography, adult industries, and dating apps (excluding sex education and wellness) are prohibited.

1.9 Political Campaigning or Lobbying:

Generating high volumes of campaign materials, building conversational or interactive systems for political advocacy or lobbying, or engaging in activities related to political campaigning or lobbying without proper authorization are not allowed.

1.10 Violation of Privacy:

Tracking or monitoring individuals without their consent, facial recognition of private individuals, classifying individuals based on protected characteristics, and unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal identifiable information or protected records are prohibited.

1.11 Unauthorized Practice of Law and Financial Advice:

Using HubCart to offer tailored legal advice or financial advice without the review of a qualified person is not permitted. Our models are not fine-tuned to provide legal or financial advice, and you should seek professional guidance for such matters.

1.12 Medical Advice and Emergency Situations:

Our models are not fine-tuned to provide medical information, diagnostic services, or treatment recommendations for serious medical conditions. Do not rely on our models for medical advice or use them for life-threatening situations requiring immediate attention.

1.13 High-Risk Government Decision-Making:

Engaging in high-risk government decision-making, including activities related to law enforcement, criminal justice, migration, and asylum, is prohibited.

2. Account Suspension and Content Removal:

We reserve the right to suspend user accounts and remove any content that violates our Acceptable Use and Content Policy. HubCart retains the sole discretion to determine the suitability of content and user behavior on our platform.

3. Reporting and Cooperation:

If you come across any content on HubCart that you believe violates our policy or any applicable laws, please report it immediately to legal@hubcart.ai. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and responsible community.
